Cooking during Summer is all about the beautiful fruit selection available, so make the most of it while it lasts! Here is a simple snack recipe from our Founder Tania Shayan, that will be a favorite with all.

Ingredients

- Nectarines
- Olive oil
- Greek yogurt
- Honey
- Granola

Directions
Deseed and halve your nectarines. Throw them on a grill until slightly charred both sides and are soft to the touch. Alternatively, you can oven bake them in a high heat oven for about 30 minutes. Remove them from the heat, top with a dollop of your favorite greek yogurt and drizzle with honey and toasted granola.

Viola. So simple it sounds too good to be true.
