Role: Office Assistant
Location: West Hollywood, Los Angeles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
We are looking for a self-motivated, team player to join our team.
The successful applicant will have experience working in an office
environment and intermediate skills with Microsoft Office and a
working knowledge of Shopify and social media platforms.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team and
provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals.
 
Responsibilities to include:
Showroom:
Customer service
Manage office showings & appointment calendar
Set up jewelry display for clients and stylist
General cleanliness
Order office & shipping supplies
Answer calls
Assist with inventory management & tagging
Sales:
Retail relations
Account support
Assist with retail in-person sales
Domestic order shipments
Marketing, PR & eCommerce:
Distribution of marketing materials
Order shipments
Assist with Live Chat
Social media community engagement
Assist in PR pulls
Website product maintenance
Skills
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Shopify
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Previous fashion/lifestyle experience
Preferable to have agency experience
