SALES TAX

Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within California at the current local rate. Orders shipped outside of California are not liable for sales tax.

ORDERING POLICY:

We are thrilled that you have chosen SHAY for your fine jewelry purchase. If any unforeseen issues arise with your order, we will contact you directly for resolution. 

Ready to ship SHAY Jewelry will be processed and shipped within 1 – 3 days. Made to order pieces and will take 4 - 6 weeks to ship. Orders will not be produced until full payment is made.

For rush orders, at an additional fee, please contact us directly at info@shayjewelry.com, or 424.777.0210 during office hours Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm.

Any items you see on the official SHAY social media channels are available for purchase. If you can’t find something on our website, please contact our team.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased as “Ready to Ship” on shayjewelry.com, and shipped to a U.S. address, may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items approved for return must be received as unused with all SHAY tags and labels still attached, alongside original packaging and sales invoice. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be approved. We do not refund on "change of mind" purchases.

Domestic items approved for a refund will be charged a restocking fee of 4% of the original amount paid.

International items approved for a refund will be charged a restocking fee of 6% of the original amount paid.

Any item purchased at a discounted or SALE price is a final sale and can not be returned.

Engraved or embossed, special order, personalized and made-to-order creations cannot be returned for exchange or refund. In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged at SHAY’s discretion.

Please contact our customer service on info@shayjewelry.com or 424.777.0210 within 7 days to discuss your return. Please provide your name, order number and reason for return.

Any product purchased through a different platform or retailer, must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please check individual return policies and processes.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges. 
 

REPAIRS

Due to the delicate handmade craftsmanship, all SHAY Jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from delivery. SHAY Jewelry will repair any breakage cause by manufacturer defect, within this time frame, at no charge. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.
 
Should you require a repair, please contact us at lola@SHAYjewelry.com or by calling 424.777.0210 during office hours Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm, with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information. SHAY will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion depending on the nature of the repair.

All packages are delivered in SHAY special packaging.

Gift Note
You may personalize a note to include in your order, to be sent on SHAY stationery.

Complimentary Ring Sizing
Shay Jewelry will resize your ring +/- 2 sizes. If you need it sized larger or smaller than this, please contact our customer service team for pricing.
