PRICES, TAX AND SHIPPING
We currently do not ship to Egypt, Romania or Portugal.
All US Domestic SHAY orders ship free of charge with 2 day express once the order is ready.
All International SHAY orders totaling $1,500 USD or greater ship free of charge.
All shipping rates are calculated through FedEx, UPS or DHL and are insured at to protect your merchandise.
Due to the high price point of our product, if an item is lost in transit the customer will receive a credit to the original value of the item. This can only be actioned once SHAY is satisfied by the results of the search.
All prices shown on the product pages of the SHAYjewelry.com, or quoted by customer service, are in U.S. Dollars. SHAY reserves the right to modify prices and delivery costs at any time without prior notice. All orders require a signature upon delivery.
SHAYjewelry.com may cancel orders and process refunds due to any pricing errors.
SHAY pricing includes taxes and duties when paying in GBP or EUR.
In the event of a return or exchange, domestic taxes, and shipping fees will not be refunded. We ship Internationally with Fedex and locally with UPS.
Delays in shipping are not the responsibility of SHAY Jewelry.
