RETURNS & REPAIRS

Each SHAY piece is crafted to be cherished. If your piece isn’t quite right, our Concierge Team will guide you through the exchange or return process with care.

 

Exchanges

  • Pieces may be exchanged within 7 business days of receipt
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all SHAY packaging
  • Domestic exchanges are complimentary. International collectors are responsible for return shipping

 

Refunds

  • Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned for a refund within 7 business days of receipt, subject to approval
  • Approved domestic refunds are subject to a 4% restocking fee
  • Approved international refunds are subject to a restocking fee reflecting non-recoverable duties and taxes (typically 10–25% depending on country). Please contact our Concierge Team for location-specific details
  • Return shipping, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the collector

 

Final Sale
Customized, personalized, engraved, and promotional pieces are considered final sale. 

 

How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please contact our Concierge Team at info@shayjewelry.com within 7 business days of delivery with your name, order number, and request. Purchases made through partner retailers must be returned directly to them

 

Repairs

  • Complimentary repairs for manufacturing defects within 1 year of delivery
  • Repairs for wear or damage are assessed case by case and may incur a fee
  • Ring Sizing: Adjustments may be possible depending on the design. Complimentary resizing of up to one size (+/–1) is offered on select styles; larger adjustments may be available upon request and may incur a fee
